Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Help4Code eLearning platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms govern your access to and use of the website, including all content, features, and services available on or through the platform. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not access or use the platform. Help4Code eLearning reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Help4Code eLearning regarding the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. Certain areas of the platform may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be posted separately. Your use of such areas is subject to those additional terms and conditions.

User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of the Help4Code eLearning platform, you may be required to create a user account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Help4Code eLearning immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Help4Code eLearning reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may not create an account on behalf of another person or entity without their express permission. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Providing false or misleading information during the registration process may result in the termination of your account. Help4Code eLearning may request additional information from you to verify your identity or the accuracy of your account information.

Content Ownership & Usage

All content published on the Help4Code eLearning platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of Help4Code eLearning or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the platform without the prior written consent of Help4Code eLearning. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use solely in accordance with these Terms of Use. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the content. You may not use the content for any commercial purpose without obtaining a separate license from Help4Code eLearning. Help4Code eLearning reserves the right to remove or modify any content on the platform at any time, without notice. You acknowledge that any content you submit to the platform, including comments and feedback, may be used by Help4Code eLearning for any purpose, including marketing and promotion. By submitting content, you grant Help4Code eLearning a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content.

Payments, Refunds & Subscription

Help4Code eLearning offers various courses and subscription plans for purchase. The fees for these courses and subscriptions are displayed on the platform. All payments must be made through the designated payment methods provided on the platform. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the courses and subscriptions you purchase. Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to the course or subscription, or if the course or subscription does not meet the advertised description. Refund requests must be submitted within a specified timeframe, typically 14 days of purchase. Help4Code eLearning reserves the right to refuse a refund if it determines that the request is not justified. Subscription fees are typically billed on a recurring basis, such as monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation may not result in a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period. Help4Code eLearning may change the fees for courses and subscriptions at any time, with notice provided to users. Promotional offers and discounts may be available from time to time, and these offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions. All transactions are processed securely, but Help4Code eLearning is not responsible for any security breaches that may occur during the payment process.

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the Help4Code eLearning platform: Hacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, including user accounts and data. Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen credit cards or making fraudulent refund requests. Misusing the content on the platform, including reproducing or distributing it without permission. Impersonating another user or misrepresenting your affiliation with Help4Code eLearning. Interfering with the platform's servers or networks, or disrupting the platform's services. Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code. Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Violating any applicable laws or regulations. Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform. Attempting to circumvent any security measures on the platform. Help4Code eLearning reserves the right to take appropriate action against users who engage in prohibited activities, including suspending or terminating their accounts and pursuing legal action.

Termination of Services

Help4Code eLearning reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. This includes the right to terminate your account and remove any content you have submitted to the platform. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms of Use, engaging in prohibited activities, or non-payment of fees. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Help4Code eLearning shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the platform. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the platform. Upon termination of your account, all of your content may be deleted from the platform. Certain provisions of these Terms of Use, such as those relating to intellectual property rights and liability, shall survive termination. Help4Code eLearning may also terminate the platform as a whole, at any time, with notice provided to users. In the event of platform termination, users may be provided with a reasonable opportunity to download their content.
